Credit types

Product-scan and deep-scan credits may be granted through free allocations, subscriptions or validated pay-as-you-go purchases.

Reservation and consumption

An eligible credit may be reserved when a scan begins and consumed according to the backend workflow.

Restoration

A credit may be restored only where the backend determines restoration is valid, such as an eligible failure or cancellation state.

Limits and expiry

PDF export limits, saved-opportunity limits, reset periods and credit expiry depend on the validated plan or purchase terms.

Purchase validation

Eligible purchases are validated through supported Apple App Store and Google Play workflows. A browser page does not mark a purchase successful.

Subscription restoration

Supported subscription restoration reconciles eligible store records with the authenticated application account.
