1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing the application or requesting analysis, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Users must be legally capable of entering the agreement that applies to their use of the service.
Users must have authority to act for themselves or the organisation they represent.
2. Accounts, passwords and devices
Users are responsible for accurate account information, password security, authorised device access and activity performed through the account.
Users must not bypass device binding or security controls, impersonate others or share access contrary to plan or security rules.
3. Submitted content and files
Users remain responsible for descriptions, links, barcodes, images, PDFs, corrections, costs and other submitted material.
Users must have permission to submit content and must not upload malware, unlawful material, unrelated personal data, unauthorised trade secrets or infringing files.
4. Third-party links and sources
Third-party product links and market sources are independent. Their availability, content, prices, terms and technical access may change.
A source may be available, limited, blocked, unsuccessful, irrelevant or not attempted. No source is guaranteed to return results.
5. Product-identification limitations
Identification depends on submitted evidence and may be incomplete, uncertain or wrong. Visible model, barcode, package, technical or compliance information may not describe the exact intended item.
Users must review, correct and confirm product details before relying on later analysis.
6. AI and analysis limitations
AI-assisted outputs and commercial calculations are informational estimates based on available evidence, user inputs and configured assumptions. They may contain errors or omit relevant factors.
AL ANSB does not guarantee sales, profit, market success, product approval, legal approval, regulatory approval, complete market coverage, complete source availability, exact demand or future performance.
Demand is inferred from visible online market signals, not actual sales data.
7. Commercial responsibility
The user is solely responsible for sourcing, pricing, purchasing, importing, listing, advertising, selling, testing or rejecting a product.
Users must independently verify legality, safety, quality, compliance, trademarks, customs, taxes, fees, supplier claims, contracts and commercial viability.
8. Credits, scans and cancellation
Product-scan and deep-scan credits are allocated and used according to validated plan, purchase and backend ledger records.
Credits may be reserved at scan start, consumed when applicable, restored only in a valid backend state and expire where applicable terms provide expiry.
9. Acceptable use
Users must not attack, overload, scrape without authority, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass access controls, interfere with workers or queues, submit malicious files, probe protected routes, misuse third-party data or use the service unlawfully.
Automated access requires express authorisation and must remain within documented limits.
10. Availability and changes
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, source blocking, third-party failure, network disruption, capacity limits, security incidents or other operational conditions.
Functions, sources, assumptions, plan features and technical requirements may change; material changes should be communicated through an appropriate production channel.
11. Intellectual property
AL ANSB software, templates, service content and report presentation formats are protected as applicable. Submission does not transfer ownership of user content.
By submitting content, the user grants AL ANSB a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, transform and process that content only as necessary to provide, secure and support the requested service. Generated reports may be used for the user’s own lawful personal or business purposes, subject to third-party rights.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risk, unlawful conduct, payment or validation problems, material breach, source abuse or service interference.
Where reasonably practicable, AL ANSB may provide notice of a suspension or termination. Immediate restriction may occur where needed for security, unlawful conduct, payment integrity or service protection. Account closure and data handling remain subject to the Privacy Policy, account-deletion process and applicable retention obligations.
13. Liability, indemnity and warranties
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, AL ANSB is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from commercial decisions, third-party sources, inaccurate user submissions or events outside its reasonable control.
Users remain responsible for losses, claims or rights violations caused by their unlawful use of the service or content they submit.
14. Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are subject to the laws and mandatory rights that apply to the contracting relationship. Any dispute should first be raised through the configured support channel; unresolved disputes may be pursued before a court or authority that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
These Terms may be updated. Any updated version will show its effective date and current contact method on the website.
